The Afro-Puritan Christian Mission Secondary School shall serve as a strategic epicenter for missions operations. It will operate exclusively for Senior Secondary 1 to Senior Secondary 3 (SS1–SS3), admitting 20 students per grade annually, for a maximum of 60 students in total.

Agricultural and Vocational Training
The Agriculture Department of the Afro-Puritan Christian Missions Secondary School will not be limited to small-scale farming activities but will evolve into a comprehensive, large-scale, multi-sector agricultural hub. The goal is to train students to manage diverse farming operations capable of sustaining missions communities, feeding multitudes, generating substantial revenue, and demonstrating biblical stewardship over land and resources.
